By accessing or using the DreamChauffeur platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of our bespoke transportation services, mobile application, and website.
02. The Service
DreamChauffeur provides a high-end concierge mobility solution. We act as a facilitator connecting elite clients with professional, vetted chauffeurs.
Every journey is monitored via our real-time pulse network to ensure the highest standards of safety and punctuality.
03. Cancellations & Fees
Reservations must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Changes to flight schedules are monitored automatically, but manual itinerary adjustments require concierge confirmation.
04. User Conduct
Users are expected to maintain the highest standard of decorum. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if a chauffeur reports verbal abuse, physical damage to the vehicle, or illegal activities during transit.
05. Liability
While we strive for perfection, DreamChauffeur shall not be held liable for delays caused by extreme weather, unforeseen traffic anomalies, or mechanical failures, though we will provide immediate alternative transport in such instances.
06. Privacy & Data
Your data is handled with obsidian-level security. We encrypt all location data and personal identifiers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we maintain your digital ghost.
